Our Policies:

Here at Halcyon Holistics health and wellbeing is our primary concern, therefore if you are currently pregnant, have any allergens, or any medical information, We do ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure any modifications of the treatments are prepared before your appointment.

We kindly request that prior to your treatments that if you are booking online you complete your online spa consultation which your therapist will run through with you when you arrive. This can be done in person of course if you booked via a different method.

A full consultation will be completed with you on arrival but if you are aware of any contra-indications your chosen treatment may need to be changed. If you are unsure please feel free to call our number 07754149650 or alternatively message us on Instagram , Facebook, WhatsApp or email, which can all be found on our contacts page.

Pregnancy

  • Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are 1-13 weeks pregnant

  • From 13 weeks we offer facials and some body treatments, massage treatments are limited but we are currently undergoing therapist training specifically for pregnant clients so hope to offer more of a range of massage treatments soon!

Spa treatment payment

  • Payment methods include, Cash, Bank transfers or by using our card machine.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your treatment require a 50% payment of the cost as a late cancellation fee.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation after which a 50% charge will be made.

 

Spa terms & conditions

  • Please note that treatment time includes medical consultation and your chosen treatment

  • All treatment re-arrangements will be subject to alternative availability

  • In keeping with the UK law, the building applies a strictly non-smoking policy within its confines or on external parameters

  • We request that mobile phones are kept on silent or switched off during treatment

  • No photography is permitted in treatment area unless permission is asked beforehand.

  • You may be required to remove jewellery for treatments; we therefore advise that you choose to leave jewellery at home

  • Halcyon Holistics will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the business, its employees or agents

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability

  • Please note guests suffering from any heart conditions, high blood pressure or are pregnant will be unable to have any of our heat treatments e.g. Hot stones massage.

  • Please no pets in the building.

  • Our therapists have the right to refuse treatment at any time, based upon relevant subjects , such as the medical information given or Inappropriate Behaviour presented by the guest.

  • You or your therapist have the right to stop the treatment at any point , regardless of the reasoning.

Children

  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to undergo any type of treatments in the Treatment suite

  • Children between the ages of 16 to 17 may undergo the following treatments supervised (in the same room) by a parent or guardian: manicure/pedicure, facial

  • Children between the ages of 16 to 17 may not have any body massages or body treatments.
